Lancing Chamber Orchestra is a small, friendly amateur orchestra in West Sussex. We take the music seriously, but we're not precious about it. Rehearsals are focused and warm, the repertoire is proper and varied, and most people who join find they don't want to leave.

What to expect

We rehearse weekly. There's room to ask questions, time to actually work on the music, and enough biscuits to get through to the end of the session. You don't need to audition, just come ready to play and enjoy it. If you're around grade 5 or above and interested to try new things, you'll fit right in.

Come and play with us

We're especially looking for string and brass musicians. The best way to find out if we're right for you is to come along to a rehearsal. Get in touch and we'll take it from there.
